Er verlässt die Familie und die Mutter beginnt zu trinken. Als sie stirbt bringt er Vincent in ein Heim, damit er sich um ihn nicht kümmern muss.

Als Marie mit einem geklauten Autoschlüssel und der Idee, einfach durchzubrennen, bei Vincent auftaucht, muss sie ihn nicht lange überreden. Alexander kommt dazu, als die beiden mit dem Auto von Frau Dr.

Rose verduften wollen und wird zum eher unfreiwilligen Mitfahrer. Doch die drei bleiben nicht lange ohne Verfolger, denn bald ist auch Vincents Vater in Begleitung der beklauten Therapeutin in ihrem Fahrwasser unterwegs.

So entwickelt sich ein doppeltes Roadmovie, aus dem alle fünf nicht ohne Veränderungen und neue Einsichten herauskommen werden Ein Film zum Immerwiedersehenkönnen.
