Police procedural Action Crime drama. Officer Nick Barron is back on the job after his partner was shot.
Feeling guilty over the incident, he struggles to accept his new partner, Ben Chartier, who has transferred from a rural police unit. Their new partnership is put to the test when a suspect is shot during a robbery and the officer who shot him is placed under investigation for using excessive force.
Barron and Chartier clash when they disagree about whether to report a dangerous incident. Chartier is haunted by memories of an incident on the job that caused the fracture of his family's relationship.
